When booking a VIP Experience at Expo City Dubai, here’s what you need to know
- Availability: VIP Experiences are limited and subject to availability. It is advisable to book at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred experience
- Pricing: Prices will vary based on your specialised VIP Experience itinerary and exclusive privileges, starting from AED 250 per person
- Group Bookings: If you plan to book a VIP Experience for a large group, reach out to us for special arrangements that can enhance the overall experience for your party. We can accommodate groups of more than 100 people

Short notice bookings will be taken into consideration up to at least 48 hours prior to the expected date of visit. Same-day bookings are not possible.

A VIP Experience includes a dedicated VIP ambassador, who will be your main point of contact throughout your visit, private buggy service from arrival to departure, access to all pavilions and attractions in the itinerary, and expert guided tours at each preferred pavilion. Water is available upon request at an additional charge.
