Expo City Dubai is in demand by a range of commercial tenants, who we see as partners in the growth of Expo City Dubai. We are in the process of carefully selecting tenants to ensure they are aligned with our values. We are delighted that Expo 2020’s partners, including DP World, Siemens and Terminus, are committed to relocating to Expo City Dubai.

Expo City Dubai is an open city and access to the public areas will not require tickets. Payment and tickets will be required to enter specific attractions.

There are 10 km of cycling tracks, a 5 km running track and 45,000 sqm of parks and gardens.
Sustainability
Expo City Dubai is designed as a blueprint for ‘green’ urban planning, galvanising action on its journey to net zero. Presenting a smarter, more balanced, resilient, and sustainable way of life, the city has a low-rise ‘campus’ feel.
You will find more than 120 LEED-certified buildings as well as eight infrastructure projects that received ‘Excellent’ CEEQUAL certification.
MindSphere (built-in smart metering) is installed in all buildings, providing digital feedback on energy and water consumption that will allow tenants to operate more sustainably.
The Expo site is also the first community in the region to be registered under the WELL Community Standard pilot, which recognises communities that prioritise the health and wellbeing of all inhabitants
Health and Safety
Expo City Dubai adheres to and applies the latest guidance from Dubai Health Authority.
First Aid staff will be available on site to support visitors, including school groups and an ambulance station is located nearby to assist in emergencies. In case of emergency, please call 800 1 2020. For minor medical incidents, please speak to the nearest Expo City Staff.
Accessibility
Yes, Expo City Dubai is proud to be fully accessible, with a range of facilities available for People of Determination.

Attractions
Country Pavilions such as the UAE Pavilion and the hugely popular Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion will remain, and details of several other Country Pavilions – including reworked versions of Luxembourg, Australia, Pakistan, India, Morocco and Egypt – will be announced in the coming months.
Surreal opened again to the public on 1 October 2022.
The Opportunity Pavilion will become the Expo 2020 Dubai Museum – a new addition celebrating the success of the six-month event.
