Her mastery includes using several state-of-the-art technologies combined with scenes of life and people in the Arab world. Through her art, Dmeithan empowers Middle Eastern women, celebrating their strength, beauty, and diversity.



Roudha Al Mazrouei

Empowering the Next Generation of Emiratis through Creative Expression

Roudha al Mazrouei is an aspiring young artist. Her signature technique lies in the remarkable blend of surrealism and contemporary art. She offers viewers an opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant narratives of the rich Emirati culture and inspiring stories of Emirati women. Through her creations, Al Mazrouei's unique approach evokes emotions and sparks conversations about the power and beauty of female empowerment and creative expression.



Fatema Al Fardan

Challenging the feminine tropes by turning a lens on life

Fatema Al Fardan is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher based in Abu Dhabi. She explores themes of femininity, hierarchy, and the absurd/quotidian through biography. Al Fardan was selected for the Artist Residency program at the Cultural Foundation Abu Dhabi (2022-23), the Salama bint Hamdan Emerging Artists Fellowship (2021-22) and the Warehouse421 x Gulf Photo Plus Artistic Development Program (2020-21). Her work has been exhibited locally and internationally most recently in Evaporating Suns: Contemporary Myths from the Arabian Gulf in Kultursti˝ung Basel H. Geiger (2023). She won the collaborative Zachary Doss Friends in Letters Memorial Fellowship (2020). Al Fardan likes to hear stories more than she likes to tell them.
